🐟 Blackened Salmon Cajun Alfredo Pasta
🛒 Ingredients:

Pasta – 250g
-
Salmon fillet – 1 large (around 200–250g)

Cajun seasoning – 2 tablespoons
-
Butter – 1 tablespoon
-
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
-
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
-
Heavy cream – 1 cup
-
Parmesan cheese – 1 cup
-
Paprika – ½ tsp (optional)
-
Salt & black pepper – to taste
-
Lemon wedges – for serving
-
Fresh parsley – for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:

Cook Pasta
-
Boil pasta as usual. Reserve some water, then drain.

Blacken the Salmon
-
Pat salmon dry. Rub all over with Cajun seasoning.

Heat olive oil + butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook salmon skin-side down first for 4–5 mins, then flip and cook 3–4 mins more, until nicely blackened and cooked through. Set aside.

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
-
Add garlic and sauté briefly.
-
Pour in cream, add Parmesan, and stir until thick and creamy.

Season with a pinch more Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.

Combine

Toss pasta into the sauce.

Serve salmon over the top (whole or flaked).

Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
