Signature Alfredo Pasta Recipe

  • Fettuccine pasta – 250g (or your favorite pasta)

  1. Boil the Pasta

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

    • Cook pasta until al dente (firm to the bite).

    • Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

  3. Add the Cheese

    • Stir until the cheese melts completely and the sauce is smooth.

    • Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if using.

  4. Combine

    • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.

    • Toss gently to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it up.

  5. Serve It Up

    • Plate the pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

    • Optional: Top with grilled chicken or shrimp for a full meal.
